Project Management

At HiReno, no project is too big for us to handle. Quite frankly, we’ve done it all. To show you how valuable our services are, we use an approach called the Interior Design Project Cycle, in which each cycle of the project has its own stages, goals, and deliverables. Consisting of 7 stages, this process is crucial to accomplishing a renovation project successfully.

Initial Client Briefing

We first begin with the initial client briefing, where we discuss our client’s needs and expected results of the project. For us, it’s important that we understand our clients’ motivation to perform better design decisions.

Side Survey

The second step would be a site survey where we analyse our client’s existing space. During this stage, we explore every nook of the area, take lots of pictures, measure everything necessary, ask for copies of as-built drawings and make suggestions.

Conceptual Development

Up next, we look into conceptual development. With measurements, notes, and our client’s goals in hand, we begin to refine raw ideas before moving on to finding things — features, finishes, furniture, colours, tone/mood!

Sketching

Then we’ll get to the sketching phase where we turn ideas into drawings to present to our clients. We walk through the details with our clients during this stage.

Design Development Stage

Once the proposal and preliminary design is approved, the project moves on to the design development stage where there’s a lot of fine-tuning details taking place relating to the design.

Construction Documentation

As for the sixth stage, we’ll get into construction documentation. Depending on the project, we work with architects and engineers to ensure that your design does not interfere with architectural elements or structural, mechanical, and electrical layouts. Once approved, a contractor is hired.

Construction and Inspection

During the final stage, we focus on construction and inspection – where your vision turns into reality! At this point, contractors, materials, and permits are all ready to roll.

Every phase of the project is critical to achieving your dream ambiance. In our work culture, we ensure that we stay updated with our project management software, communicate with the team and clients, audit every project & make use of cutting-edge technologies to execute a prompt yet picturesque vision of yours.
