“Disciplined and courteous with exacting standards”
I was recommended to Danny by a mutual friend when we were planning on a facelift for an apartment we had earlier leased out.
During our first meeting, I found Danny both passionate and knowledgeable about his work. He was also honest in his presentation of project fees and readily admitted to slightly higher premiums with matching quality. I found this refreshing as I much preferred his forthright response to false advertising and baiting which are all too common these days.
Although I was pretty much clueless about what I wanted in terms of design, materials, etc. Danny was patient throughout the whole process, expertly assessed my requirements and preferences, and provided great advice. He was accommodating but also certainly not shy in voicing his disagreement when he felt something couldn’t/shouldn’t be done but was never rude nor unreasonable.
As for the renovation, Danny was flexible with dates, prompt with regards to delivery, and basically provided a hassle-free experience. His installation staff was simply outstanding. I have not met more disciplined and courteous carpenters ever and I have met more than a few from previous projects. They appeared on time, were meticulous in their handiwork, and were obviously very familiar with all the products they were to install. They displayed pride and integrity throughout the whole installation process. They were always respectful and took great care of the premises. I remember giving them permission explicitly to have their meals and rest in the apartment but often when I drop by during lunch, I find them outside the apartment having a quick meal or rest as they do not want to risk dirtying the apartment. They tidy up every evening instead of leaving a huge mess only to be cleared after the project wraps.
Danny does his inspections periodically in person and that too is reassuring. His exacting standards are pretty much reflected in the revelatory attitude of his staff and the exceedingly tight tolerances in fit and finish of his beautiful product.
Needless to say, I’m very thankful to both Danny and his team for making our place so much more pleasant and comfortable to stay in. I recommend Mr. Danny Lee with utmost confidence.

Danny, Lynn, and their guys are great at what they do and very accommodating. Danny and Lynn especially deserve special recommendations, throughout the whole process they gave us a lot of ideas and advice on how to go about renovating our kitchen. they even went the extra mile to provide advice on renovating other parts of my house which are out of their job scope. Danny and Lynn are very meticulous and take all projects seriously, they came over to the site several times to conduct the inspection and to rectify mistakes. I saw the way they rectify the mistakes and it gave me assurance that the final results would be flawless. There was a door where the holes were off by a few millimeters and instead of trying to patch up the hole and drilling a new one, they got their guys to change a whole new door.
Danny, Lynn, and their team also provided superb after-sales service. After I moved in for a month, I had a small issue with 1 cupboard which could not stay up, so I gave them a call and the next day one of their staff came down to fix the tension. It was like a 2 mins job and the staff did it happily with a smile, not a single complaint from them for coming over specially to fix this minor issue.
All in all, my wife and I are very pleased and thankful that we engaged Danny, Lynn, and their team. Our family and friends were all very impressed with the workmanship. We will highly recommend anyone who is thinking of renovating their house engage Danny, Lynn, and their team.

“After Service Review”
There was a problem with the transformer of the kitchen cabinet from Blum after a few years, emailed the issue to our contractor, he’s also the installer from Blum. He replied quite promptly and said will send his guys to visit the site meanwhile we sent him the photograph of the transformer as well as the whole stretch of cabinets.
Responsively, two installer guys came and brought the transformer along and replace the transformer for free, and not only that, they adjust the balance of the cabinet drawers as they said it’s been a year, hence, the drawers will sink a bit after long use.
Their service was splendid. Really appreciate and would not feel any regret purchasing the Blum product and hiring them as our contractor.

I was referred to HiReno by a third-party supplier of kitchen equipment. I made contact with Danny and met him at the Blum Showroom in Ubi. We had an extensive and productive discussion of my requirements. In the weeks that followed, Danny and Lynn followed up with more reno site visits and meetings in my temporary home to discuss drawings and plans. These took place even on weekends; something I truly appreciated. Danny and Lynn come across as exceptionally competent and experienced. They give sound advice backed by years of experience. I trusted their judgment and took to their advice. Throughout the period of renovation, they were responsive and remained communicative through WhatsApp and email. Things went as planned. The completed work was fantastic and I have not stopped receiving compliments about my kitchen. Compliments came from experts in the building industry – architects, designers, main constructors, electricians, and of course friends, family, and neighbours. Being a new homeowners, we are clueless about what we need to do. Thus, we told Danny our requirements and he planned it all for us. Apart from planning, he still explained to us the reason behind why he planned every single thing. For example, he planned for us to have a dry storage area(For snacks & dry foods) with drawers(easy access to all food) and the best part is with soft close function.
We simply LOVE his ideas. Let me share some of the work he had done for us.
1) Living room “ display area with many storage areas which is very useful and a hidden shoe rack behind the mirror
2) Kitchen “ Dry Cabinet with soft-close drawer / Orga-line for Internal organization / Aventos for Dish dryer
3) Master Bedroom “ Even the master bedroom can also use a Blum system. He used Blum soft close hinges for all our casement doors which we love as everyone hates door slamming.

When I met Danny and Lynn for discussions on my house carpentry, I was worried about the design and quality of work.
As time progressed, my fears were allayed. I found Danny and Lynn to be approachable and responsible. They are dedicated and definitely a perfectionist. They gave good practical suggestions for the designs and good advice on the choice of colours. They also looked at minor details so that the designs will come out perfect.
The work was carried out smoothly and they have an efficient team of friendly workers who know their work well. I am happy with all the carpentry work done by HiReno. I am also pleased with all the ABS finishing which makes the pieces look polished. The colours turn out matching and pleasing to the eye.

Since my husband and I were very impressed with his in-depth knowledge of the product and his service and commitment to helping us to find the perfect combination of style and design we decided to engage him to do the carpentry work for our house.
My husband and our house guests are extremely amazed by our walk-in wardrobe, that some of them even thought that it was European-imported. We are particularly impressed with the high standard of craftsmanship that Danny’s workers provided, under the strict circumstances and supervision throughout the whole process. We can also see the same excelsior quality and workmanship that has been used to assemble our kitchen, especially the finish of the high-gloss acrylic panel and the system that has been used for the walk-in wardrobe and the kitchen cabinets.

“A class above the rest”
When we got the first home to call our own 14 years ago (a 5-room flat in Choa Chu Kang), we were totally lost and overwhelmed as there were so many renovation contractors to choose from. We have also heard many stories from friends about their unpleasant encounters with renovation contractors. Many contractors came up with fanciful proposals and quotations which were way above our budget. Until we met Danny and Lynn and they were willing to understand and proposed solutions to our affordability. We were impressed with their committed and responsible manner of carrying out their work.
Some years later, we upgraded to our condo and needed some renovation work to be done. Danny and Lynn came to our minds. Even though the amount of work required to be done is not excessive, they gladly took on the job. As expected, Danny, Lynn, and their team of workers further impressed us with their high level of commitment and dedicated attitude.
A year later, our newly constructed inter terrace was near completion. We needed someone to take on the carpentry work for all our bedrooms, dry/wet kitchen, TV console, etc. When we contacted Danny, we were told that he is now one of the partners of the Blum system. We were slightly disappointed at first as we were under the impression that the Blum system is costly as we have heard some friends paying a hefty sum for carpentry work simply because they were fitted with Blum systems.
We were skeptical at first about using Blum as doing so might blow our budget. Danny assured us that Blum is not only durable but also value for money. He gave us a tour of the Blum showroom and we were impressed with the superior quality of fittings. After seeing the detailed cost breakdown and comparison with a normal carpentry system, we were convinced that the Blum system is not as unaffordable as we thought at first. The main factor we decided to use the Blum system is because we know we can have peace of mind by giving our job to Danny. We know that with his zero level of tolerance for flaws, our job is in good hands.
